President
Hawkins called
the meeting to order at 7:00.

Approval
of the minutes of
the previous meeting- Motion carried unanimously.
We
had our first treasury
report, which stated that the account was opened with $300.00.
COMMITTEE
REPORTS:
LANE
CERTIFICATION:
Everett
reported that Story City lanes were inspected and passed.
COACHING:
No Report.
SHIRTS:
Voted
on tan Shirts-Majority vote. Voted
cost of shirts to be less than $25.00 each. Robinson made the
motion. McCoy seconded. MCU
YOUTH:
Kelly McPartland reported
he was working on tournament times
.
HALL OF FAME:
Walt Cottrill stated
Dinner was to be on the second Wednesday of November. We
will have four categories: (1) Active
male members under the age of
75, (2)
Active female member under the age of 75, (3) Active
male
member over age 75 and inactive and deceased members, or (4) Active
female member over age 75 and inactive and deceased members.

TOURNAMENT: Jacobson
was working on
scheduling the tournament.
OLD BUSINESS:
HALL OF
FAME: We
passed around a sign up sheet to volunteer to work the tournament
and/or the banquet. We discussed door prizes. Cottrill suggested
that the boarddecide that each board member at the meeting would get
one door price each to give away at the banquet.
NEW
BUSINESS:
National
Delegates meeting is April 19-23,2006 in Florida. We voted that
Cheryl Devore and O.D.
Green be sent as national delegates with Patti McCoy as alternate.
PRESIDENT's REMARKS:
Hawkins
announced he would
be unable to attend Jamboree because of surgery on a herniated disk.
ASSOCIATION MANAGER:
I
thanked the board for all their hard work and
dedication to the sport. I also reminded the board even though they
may not feel useful all the time, the board could not function
without them.
