OLD BUSINESS:

Registered Volunteer Program: Discussed getting all the proprietors together and talking about the registered volunteer program so that everybody understands the new program and that as an association we are dedicated to doing it. We also discussed how, if parents weren’t able to act as coaches, because they didn’t want to register, we were going to be able to coach the youth of our association. No decision was arrived at.

The next meeting will be at 9:00 on July 26 location to be determined.

Meeting was adjourned at 7:13.

Respectfully submitted
Teri Jennings
Association Manager
