MEETING NOTES;

President Jennings called the meeting to order at 7:05 P.M.

Director Deb Robinson said the invocation. We then had our meal. As soon as everybody was seated again the meeting continued.

Roll call of Officers and Directors was taken. Present were President Teri Jennings, 1^st VP Greg Knop, 2^nd VP Patti McCoy, 3^rd VP Bryan Carsrud, Story City VP Jake Jacobson, Nevada VP Cheryl Devore, Ames VP Cari McPartland. Directors present were Katie Banks, Jerry Everett, Randy Moore, Deb Robinson, Terri Loneman, and Scott Tscherter. Kelly McPartland was present for the youth committee. Terri Carriere and Tim Kadolph had excused absents and Travis Mason and Michael Mensing were unexcused from the meeting. Also present at the membership meeting were Jason Hartmann, Steve Brandl, Karilyn Hawkins, Chris Pellack, Kevin Deal, Bob Gibbs, Brian Adams, Mike Hathaway, Lowell Crouse, Dave Leeper, Lowell Huggins, Dan Jacobson, Mickie Franklin, Brian Harris, Chris Harris, Randy Robinson, Janna Daley, Brian Tibben, Al Glick, Sharla Glick, Gail Shook, Carolyn Knop, Stewart Reese, Jarad Prescott, Rick Hackett, Don Clawson, O.D. Green, Keith Hawkins, Marilyn Gibbs, Doug Bull, Chad Knop, Craig Davis, Lou Richert, Dan Mosiman, and Alice Tibben.

O.D. Green made the motion to approve the minutes as written. Tscherter seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously.

J. Jacobson made the motion to approve the Treasurer Report as written. Green seconded the motion. MCU.

COMITTEE REPORTS

The tournament committee report was in the membership-meeting packet. Tscherter gave a membership meeting committee report. Tscherter reported that there were 35 AAUSBC members present plus board members.

OLD BUSINESS:

There was no old business to conduct.

NEW BUSINESS

We then elected officers and directors.

Elected for 1-year terms are:

Scott Tscherter announced that he would be unable to complete his term, so we had an election to fill his place.

McCoy made the motion to destroy the ballots, seconded by Karolyn Hawkins seconded the motion. MCU

President’s remarks:

Teri thanked the board and all the committees for their hard work this year. She also thanked Chris Pellack for obtaining the use of the Moose Lodge. She will miss being on the board, but hopes she can serve the board as needed.

Assn Manager's remarks:

I was pleased with the progress of the association. Communication and follow thru were much better than the previous year.

Awards and checks were handed out.
