We also determined that we only need 2 volunteers per shift at the doubles and singles events and 3 volunteers at the team event. We have decided that we need to try to get a sponsor next year for the Open Scratch All-Events. We have determined that since we are running next year’s tournament early, that all board members to get to the leagues and talk to people about the tournament and we need to get entry forms out even earlier. We discussed the trophies and the plaques for this year’s tournament and it was decided to go with what Cari and Teri had shown them.
