tournament at the membership meeting. Cari had sent around a list of
proposed changes for the tournament. Bryan made the motion to hold

the singles and doubles events and 20th Century to host
the team event. Terri Loneman seconded the motion. MCU. Deb made

the motion to hold the tournament the last 2 weekends in
January and to have 3 shifts on Saturday and 2 shifts on Sunday.
Proposed times were 11:00, 2:00 and 5:00 pending approval from the
bowling centers. Jo seconded the motion. MCU. Jo made the motion
that we ask the centers to keep open the 1st weekend in
February in case we need more shift times. Jane seconded the motion.
MCU We have decided to drop the sign up sheet again and just keep
the current schedules at the bowling centers and also on our website.
We also determined that we only need 2 volunteers per shift at the
doubles and singles events and 3 volunteers at the team event. We
have decided that we need to try to get a sponsor next year for the
Open Scratch All-Events. We have determined that since we are
running next year’s tournament early, that all board members to get
to the leagues and talk to people about the tournament and we need to
get entry forms out even earlier. We discussed the trophies and the
plaques for this year’s tournament and it was decided to go with
what Cari and Teri had shown them.
