Meeting Notes:
PRESIDENT
HAWKINS CALLED
THE MEETING TO ORDER AT 7:28.
Roll
call of officers and
directors was taken. Present were President Keith Hawkins, !st VP
Teri Jennings, 2nd VP Greg Knop, 3rd VP Patti
McCoy, Ames VP Cari McPartland, Directors Cheryl Devore, Jerry
Everett, Monica Mills, Deb Robinson, Youth Reps: Travis Mason, Kelly
McPartland and Michael Mensing. Excused were Bryan Carsrud, Jake
Jacobson, Terri Carriere, Brian Harris, Tim Kadolph, Terri Siguas and
Scott Tscherter.

McPartland made the
motion to approve the minutes of the previous meeting. T. Jennings
seconded the motion. Motion carried unanimously
COMMITTEE
REPORTS:
AUDIT:
McCoy
said a complete
audit will be done before the next meeting.
YOUTH:
K. McPartland announced
plans for Adult/Youth tournament to be held the end of March or the
beginning of April.
BYLAWS &
POLICY: Need
to have youth
committee set up a stagger system to elect the youth representatives.
They will also hold a committee meeting before the next meeting to
look over the policy manual and suggest changes.
OLD BUSINESS:
Devore
is looking for a
room to hold our 1st Annual Meeting.
NEW
BUSINESS:
- Greendale Workshop
discussion was tabled to next meeting.
- Lane Certifications due
by
Aug 1. Everett said No Problem.
- Past Presidents: Bylaws
committee will investigate ways to bring past presidents back as
consultants.
- Nominating Committee: T.
Jennings made the motion to have Jacobson, Robinson, O.D.Green and
Siguas on the nominating committee.. Siguas will be chairperson of
the committee. Motion was seconded by McCoy . Motion carried with
one nay vote by Robinson.
- National
Delegates: O.D.
Green was inquiring
about workshops he and Devore should attend. Subject will be brought
up at the next meeting.

Jennings thanked
Everett for all the stuff he had done on the website.
PRESIDENT:
Hawkins
thanked Kelly for
working with us when Lane 11 broke down for the association
tournament.
Motion
to adjourn was made
by McCoy and 2nd by Mensing. Meeting adjourned at 8:48
